What is an EICR and do I need one?
An EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) is a thorough inspection of your electrical installation. Landlords are legally required to have one every 5 years, and we recommend homeowners get one every 10 years or when buying/selling a property.
How long does a rewire take?
